Take-home messages from Mobile UX London
It is hard to put into words how insightful and eye opening this conference was. It really did have the best of the best in UX there. So, I am just going to share one key insight from each of my favourite speakers.

The six steps for designing experiences through story:
“1. Start with a story/theme;
2. Is the story narrative or sub-text?
3. What’s the Key Idea/Theme?
4. Make it Sticky (Event + Emotion = Memory)
5. Simplify
6. Create the WOW (Twist, Surprise, Special Effect)”
Remember LOVE is the strongest of all emotions.
The difference between an event and an experience is emotion
